Abstract:

The power requirements of a liquid-fluidized bed working in optimal conditions of transfer related to those needed at minimum fluidization and the ratio of mass-transfer rates obtained in these conditions are analyzed as functions of the Archimedes number. © 1985, American Chemical Society.
