Abstract:
In this lecture we review some recent developments in non-rational conformal field theory, which allow a description of strings moving in non-compact backgrounds. In particular, we discuss recent progress in the SL(2,R) WZW model, which describes string propagation in AdS3. © 2006 Sissa Medialab Srl. All rights reserved.
